What is UltraClear Laser?
The UltraClear Laser is a fractionated, ablative technology that uses cold fiber laser technology. During treatment, it delivers sub-pulses to the skin to create tiny channels that promote natural exfoliation and collagen regeneration without discomfort or significant downtime. By creating tiny microchannels in the skin rather than treating the whole surface of the skin, it can reduce treatment time, quicken healing time, and improve your overall skin rejuvenation experience. The treatment laser uses a lower temperature making it more comfortable. It also features 5 different laser treatments including the Ultra Core where the laser makes cylindrical channels into the skin creating “core” areas that when healed tighten and lift the tissues. Therefore brows and eyelids can be lifted and neck can be tightened without incisions. In addition, all areas of the face and neck, arms, thighs, abdomen, buttocks can be treated.

What to Expect During UltraClear Laser Treatment
A topical anesthetic isn’t usually necessary for UltraClear treatment, but we can supply one if you’re concerned about discomfort. Your skin will be cleansed and prepared for treatment, and you’ll be given protective eye shields to preserve your vision. Then, the handpiece will be applied to your skin, and it will administer very fast pulses of laser energy, creating tiny “wounds” in the skin. This process jumpstarts collagen production and allows for better absorption of active skin ingredients (like PRP / Exosomes or other medications) . Afterward, your skin will be soothed with a face mask or cold compresses and made ready for the rest of your day. In all, treatment takes about 10-15 minutes.
Keeping your skin protected with SPF 30+ is important after treatment. Most patients need 2-3 days of social downtime before returning to their regular activities. Our team will give you detailed instructions on what products to use with your skin as it recovers for best results. For the other modalities like UltraClear and/or Laser-coring the down time is from 5-7 days; you’ll see an immediate improvement in 2 weeks and the results will get better as time goes by peaking around the 3rd month.
