Sclerotherapy is a non-invasive procedure taking only about 20-30 minutes to perform. The downtime is minimal, in comparison to an invasive varicose vein surgery. You might expect some minimal bruising and temporary redness at the sites of injection. We also ask that you wear compression stockings over next 3 days to speed up the healing process.
Sclerotherapy is the “gold standard” and is preferred over laser for eliminating spider veins.
