48 year old gentleman presents with complaints of nasal airway congestion, associated with numerous sinus infections. Patient had sustained a nasal fracture when he was 18 years old. He now also complains of nasal deviation (crookedness), and overall nasal deformity. following surgery, patient is seen 4 months post-op. He has had a rhinoplasty, a septoplasty, turbinate procedures, and cartilage grafts. He has also had bilateral nostril contouring (wedges) for nostril reshaping , and reduction. Patient now very pleased with his nasal breathing, has had many fewer sinus problems, and is very pleased with his improved, and refined nasal appearance.
