Female patient with right breast cancer underwent bilateral mastectomy with immediate expander reconstruction without the use of mesh (eg. alloderm, cadaveric mesh). She is shown 1 month after her second surgery (2nd stage) which consisted of expander removal placement of permanent silicone implants and fat grafting. She is still pending her nipple reconstruction (3rd stage).
