26 year old patient complains of not liking the appearance of her nose from the front, and also not liking her profile. The patient is seen pre-op, and then 8 weeks after undergoing a Rhinoplasty (done in combination with a Chin Implant procedure). The chin implant procedure was done with no external skin incisions, but rather by using an “intra-oral” approach, with the chin implant placed through a small incision inside the lower lip.
