18 year old female, presents complaining of nasal deformity, with bump noted on profile, and also complaining that tip is too broad and has “no definition.” Patient also complains of chronic nasal congestion. Patient is seen 3 months following rhinoplasty, with internal septal and turbinate procedures to improve nasal airway breathing, and, of course, following a rhinoplasty to make the nose more delicate and feminine. Patient also had nostril contouring to maintain ideal proportions of the nose and nostrils.
