50 year old patient complains of very heavy upper eyelids and also puffiness and wrinkling of the lower eyelids (areas below her eyes). Patient is seen 8 weeks after undergoing an endoscopic lateral brow lift, associated with a bilateral upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Patient also underwent a face and neck lift as well as having CO2 laser resurfacing of her lower eyelids and “crows feet” areas.
