58 year old female presents with complaints about excessively heavy upper eyelids associated with folding of her upper eyelid skin over her upper eyelashes. She also complained of puffiness and wrinkling of the areas under her eyes (the lower eyelids). Patient is the seen 8 weeks after undergoing an endoscopic lateral brow procedure in combination with a bilateral upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
