33 year old female requested breast augmentation. Patient is tall and wants full breast that she feels is more in proportion to her body. Patient is seen 3 months following augmentation using 500 cc prosthesis, placed in submuscular position. Implant was placed through a periareolar incision at the lower margin of the nipple areola (the pigmented area around the central nipple). (periareolar incision)
