22 year old male complains of nasal deviation and deformity resulting from numerous sports injuries. Patient also complains of severe nasal congestion and difficulty breathing through his nose. Following a rhinoplasty, with treatment of the internal septum and turbinates, the patient is seen with a straightened nose, and also a much improved nasal airway and nasal breathing.
