45 year old patient had rhinoplasty done 25 years ago by another plastic surgeon. She now complains of still not liking the appearance of her nose (especially on profile view). She also feels that her chin is somewhat too small or “recessive”. She also complains about excess puffiness and wrinkling in the areas above and below her eyes. Patient is seen pre-op, and then 3 months after her surgery. She has had a “secondary”, or revisionary rhinoplasty and a chin augmentation (chin implant). She also has had an upper and lower eyelid belpharoplasty (eyelid lift) done at the same time.
