63 year old female who suffered trauma to her nose. Patient had a fracture of her nasal bones as well as a fracture of her internal nasal septum. This injury caused both obvious cosmetic deformity as well as severe nasal breathing problems. Patient is seen pre-op, and then only one week post op. Note improved appearance and patient also has a much improved nasal airway and nasal breathing.
