Chin implant with secondary rhinoplasty: 45 year old patient had previous rhinoplasty done 25 years ago by another surgeon elsewhere. She now presents with complaints of not liking her profile and feeling that her chin is somewhat too small or receding. she also complains of constant nasal airway congestion and obstruction as well not liking the appearance of her nose, especially on her profile view. Patient also complains of obvious “puffiness” under her eyes, and “extra skin” in the upper eyelid area. The patient is then seen pre-op, and then 3 months after having undergone a chin implant procedure, as well as a secondary, or revisionary rhinoplasty. The patient also underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
