54 y/o female who desired to rejuvenate her upper face, she disliked her heavy upper lids, low lateral brow and stern appearance between her eyes. She underwent a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty with a transpalpebral (through the upper eyelid incision) brow lift and partial resection of the muscles in between her eyes (corrugators – i.e. the muscles that cause the frown lines). No extra Incisions were done for these 2 additional procedures that dramatically reduced the wrinkling in her forehead. Notice the lifted brows and softening of the lines between her eyes, relaxing the look of her upper face. This patient has never had Botox or laser done.
