53 year old patient states she feels her breasts are too small, and also slightly too low. Patient is seen before any surgery, and then 6 months after having a limited “circumareolar”, or periareolar, or “donut” type mastopexy (breast lift)– with incisions, and scar only around the nipple area at the same time, using 360 cc breast implants placed through the periareolar, or circumareolar incision. the breast implants were placed in a “submuscular”, or “subpectoral” position.
