53 year old female designer, complains that her breasts are too flat, too small , and somewhat too low. Patient is seen before surgery, and then 6 months after surgery, after having a limited breast lift with incisions only around the nipple area (periareolar, circumareolar, or “donut”, type mastopexy, or limited breast lift); and breast augmentation using 365 cc breast implants,placed under the chest muscle, through an incision at the edge of the nipple (periareolar incision). Patient states she now loves the way she looks in clothes, and says she feels she even looks good in many tops without having to wear a bra.
